Inspired Environments is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Part-Time Hybrid Human Resource Office Manager in the events industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the human resource functions for a team of 20-25 employees, ensuring company policies and procedures, and fostering a positive work environment.
Responsibilities
Manage the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company objectives
Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees
Ensuring employees have the correct pay and benefits, and administering compensation and benefit programs
Maintaining employee files and records, including attendance and EEO data
Overseeing workplace safety, health and regulations
Handle employee relations to issues and resolve conflicts in a timely and professional manner
Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
Collaborate with management to address staffing needs and strategic HR initiatives
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field
Proven experience in human resource management, preferable in the events industry
Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
